Brewer Gold-Copper Project

Focused. Driven. Discovering the Depths of Brewer.

Carolina Rush Corporation has sharpened its focus exclusively on unlocking the potential of its Brewer Gold-Copper Project in South Carolina—a past-producing mine with a compelling geological profile and district-scale upside.

Located just 13 kilometers from the producing Haile Gold Mine, Brewer is a past-producing operation now under modern exploration for the first time in decades. Our maiden NI 43-101 mineral resource estimate outlines 551,000 ounces of gold*, with the system open for expansion in multiple directions.

With a highly experienced technical team, proven infrastructure, and strong community relationships, Carolina Rush is moving aggressively to define the next phase of growth at Brewer—starting with a deep-sensing geophysical program and a targeted drill campaign focused on unlocking its porphyry potential.

In January 2020, Carolina Rush (formerly Pancontinental Resources) won the exclusive right to explore and purchase the former Brewer Gold Mine property, with an option period through 2030.

Between 1987-1995, Brewer produced 178,000 ounces of oxide gold from open pits that extended to 65-meter depths, where gold (Au) and copper (Cu) sulphides were exposed but could not be processed by the oxide heap leach operation.

Brewer is a large, epithermal, high sulphidation gold-copper system driven by a sub-volcanic intrusive, possibly connected to a copper-gold porphyry system at depth (Schmidt, R.G., 1978, The Potential for Porphyry Copper-Molybdenum Deposits in the Eastern United States, U.S. Geological Survey).

Project Overview

Location: Carolina Slate Belt, South Carolina – a historic and active gold mining region.

Historic Production: ~178,000 oz Au mined from the 1980s to 1995.

Exploration Potential: High-sulfidation epithermal system with the potential for deeper prophyry copper-gold mineralization, presenting a compelling opportunity for discovery.

Exclusive Option Agreement: Exclusive rights to explore and purchase Brewer through December 31, 2030 on a no-cost basis during exploration.

Infrastructure & Accessibility: exceptional infrastructure including:

  1. paved road access and a well-established network of grade roads;
  2. high-voltage power lines connected to a nearby transformer substation;
  3. extensive water management systems, including site-wide distribution and treatment facilities;
  4. More than 283 hectares (700 acres) of quality timber reserves.

Maiden Mineral Resource Estimate*

Brewer In Situ Mineral Resource

Indicated: 202,000 oz Au and 16.8 Mlbs Cu within 6,0 Mt @ 1.04 g/r Au and 0.13% Cu

Inferred: 210,000 oz Au and 7.9 Mlbs Cu within 7.8 Mt @ 0.84 g/t Au and 0.06% Cu

Brewer Backfill Mineral Resource

Inferred: 139,000 oz Au and 9.7 Mlbs Cu within 11.9 Mt @ 0.36 g/t Au and 0.03% Cu

* The Brewer maiden mineral resource estimate was prepared under National Instrument 43-101 (“NI 43-101”) standards by Independent and Qualified Person (QP), Patrick J. Hollenbeck. The Mineral Resource Estimate  was constructed using all available drilling information available for the Brewer project, including Carolina Rush core drilling (n = 36); Carolina Rush rotary airblast drilling (n = 194); Historical drilling (n = 1,020); and Historical production blastholes (n = 49,926). The  in-situ Brewer Mineral Resources are reported at a 0.5 g/t Au cutoff considered for “reasonable economic extraction” and were calculated using a 3-year gold price (Jan. 2022 – Dec. 2024) of US$2,045/oz and an assumed all-in mining and processing cost of US$33/tonne.

*No grade sensitivity analysis was conducted for the backfill resource model; the reported resource does not apply a cutoff grade as it assumes that all backfill material will need to be removed and processed to support mining of the in-situ resource below the backfill.  Details on the metallurgical properties and processing methods required to extract gold and copper from the backfill material have not been undertaken. As such, the Backfill resource is considered theoretical and additional studies are required to report the inferred resources at a higher level of confidence.

Strategic Advancements

Tanyard Breccia Zone Discovery: Drilling confirmed a broad zone of gold-copper mineralization, highlights potential for additional near surface discoveries.

Hole B24C-016X: Extended to 658 meters, revealing elevated molybdenum levels of up to 1,320 ppm, suggesting proximity to a porphyry system.

Expert Validation: Site visit by renowned copper-gold porphyry geologists, Dick Sillitoe and David Burrows, supporting Brewer’s porphyry potential.

Maiden Mineral Resource Estimate: In situ: 202,000 oz Au Indicated &  210,000 oz Au inferred | Backfill: 139,000 inferred.

Geophysical Survey: Deep-sensing IP and MT surveys returned compelling subsurface features that suggest the presence of a buried copper-gold porphyry system.

Partnerships: Engaging with potential strategic partners for large-scale deep drilling programs.
