Brewer Gold-Copper Project: Partnered with OceanaGold

Earn-In Includes US$20 Million for Exploration Plus Purchase of Brewer Property

Carolina Rush Corporation (TSXV: RUSH | OTCQB: PUCCF) is advancing the Brewer Gold-Copper Project, a past-producing gold mine in South Carolina, where a maiden NI 43-101 compliant gold resource has been defined and a fully funded drilling program is underway to test deeper copper-gold potential.

From Gold Resource to Porphyry Target:
Carolina Rush’s Next Phase

Testing Deep Porphyry Potential
in America's First Gold District

Key Highlights

– Earn-in with OceanaGold: up to US$20M in partner-funded exploration

– Drilling underway to test copper-gold porphyry potential at depth

– NI 43-101 gold resource defined from just 36 holes

– Located in a historic producing district, only 13 km from the Haile Gold Mine

– Dual opportunity: near-surface gold + deeper porphyry system

Maiden Mineral Resource Estimate (March 20, 2025)

The project hosts a NI 43-101 compliant Mineral Resources Estimate comprising of:

Brewer In Situ Mineral Resources:

– Indicated: 192,000 oz Au and 16.7 Mlbs Cu within 6.2 Mt @ 0.97 g/t Au and 0.12% Cu

– Inferred: 210,000 oz Au and 8.3 Mlbs Cu within 8.8 Mt @ 0.74 g/t Au and 0.04% Cu

Brewer Backfill Mineral Resources:

– Inferred: 139,000 oz Au and 9.7 Mlbs Cu within 11.9 Mt @ 0.36 g.t Au and 0.03% Cu in the Brewer backfill material.

This initial resource has been defined from a limited number of drill holes across a structurally controlled system, indicating the project remains under explored.

WHY BREWER

A Known System with Room to Grow

Brewer is not a conceptual target. It is a former producing gold mine with a defined resource and clear geological continuity.

To date, only a modest amount of drilling has been completed relative to the scale of the mineralized system.

Current work is focused on:

– Expanding the existing gold resource

– Improving geological understanding of the system

–  Testing extensions of mineralization along strike and depth

THE DEEPER OPPORTUNITY

Testing a Larger Copper-Gold System

Beneath the known gold mineralization, geophysical and geological indicators support the potential for a deeper copper-gold porphyry system.

Carolina Rush is currently executing a deep drilling program designed to evaluate this target.

This phase of exploration represents the highest-risk, highest-impact component of the project.

STRATEGIC PARTNERSHIP

Funded by a Major Producer

The deep drilling program at Brewer is being funded by OceanaGold Corporation under an earn-in agreement.

This partnership provides:

– Non-dilutive exploration capital

– Technical input from an established producer

– Independent validation of the exploration thesis

LOCATION MATTERS

A Proven Gold District

The Brewer Gold Mine is located in South Carolina within one of the oldest gold-producing regions in North America.

The project is situated approximately 15 minutes from the Haile Gold Mine, a multi-million-ounce operation.

This proximity demonstrates the district’s capacity to host significant mineral systems and provides important context for ongoing exploration.

INVESTMENT APPROACH

Disciplined Exploration with Defined Catalysts

Carolina Rush’s approach is straightforward:

– Advance and expand the existing gold resource

– Systematically test deeper targets

– Leverage strategic partnership to funds higher-risk exploration

The Company is focused on generating results through drilling while maintaining capital discipline.

INVESTMENT HIGHLIGHTS

Exposure to Both Resource Expansion and Deeper Discovery Potential

– NI 43-101 compliant gold resource defined from limited drilling

– Past-producing mine within a proven US gold district

– Fully funded deep drilling program

– Strategic partnership with a producing mining company
